Rialet grew up in a nurturing and ambitious household, where her parents instilled in her and her older brother the values of treating others with compassion and kindness. During Rialet’s childhood, her mother worked as a nurse in an eldercare facility. On the weekends, if Rialet was not busy playing hockey, she adored visiting the senior citizens and experiencing the benefit a meaningful interaction can yield.

This early experience sparked Rialet’s passion for working and connecting with people, leading her to find her perfect fit within the PJI Law family. As an Intake Coordinator, Rialet is driven by the opportunity to make a positive impact in someone’s day with each interaction.

In addition to her role, Rialet has a background in the hospitality industry and has established her own small makeup artistry business, dedicated to helping others feel and look amazing. During her free time, Rialet enjoys journaling, immersing herself in the beauty of nature surrounding her home, spending quality time with loved ones, and indulging in true crime documentaries.
