Katherine grew up in a loving, caring, fun family that often moved around due to her dad’s service in the military, exposing her to diverse cultures and people. Over the years, her parents taught her and her two siblings the importance of giving back to the community and treating others with kindness, lessons that remain with her to this day.

During her teenage years she worked at a non-profit rehabilitative facility for at-risk youth, which sparked her passion for serving others and advocating for those who receive unjust treatment. After years of working in the educational field and taking Legal Studies graduate courses, Katherine knew she wanted to pursue a career in the legal field. One day she took a leap of faith and applied to PJI Law, a firm that shares her values of caring for everyone and ensuring each person who encounters the firm is heard, treated with respect, and guided in the right direction.

When not at work, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, traveling, music, dancing, sports, exterior landscaping, word searches, reading, and quiet time.
