Laurene was born in West Africa and moved to the United States with her family in 2010. Witnessing the injustices that her family members and other immigrants faced – deeply shaped her perspective and inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field. Laurene’s faith plays a central role in her life and continues to guide her commitment to justice, compassion, and service. It is this foundation that fuels her passion for helping others and advocating for those who may not have a voice. As a Case Coordinator, Laurene brings empathy, cultural awareness, and a strong sense of purpose to her work, supporting clients with integrity and care as they navigate complex legal challenges.

In her free time, Laurene enjoys trying new activities with friends and discovering new places around town. She also loves watching documentaries on Netflix, especially those focused on social issues, history, and culture.
